“Don’t be afraid to go after what you want to do, and what you want to be. But don’t be afraid to be willing to pay the price.”-Lane Frost.
I don't know how many of you out there loves to write but I sure as heck love writin'. I reckon it's much easier to put it in writin' when I've got somethin' important to say. Sometimes, writin' gives more meanin' to words that has been said so many times till it lost all meaning. Words like "Thank you", "I'm Sorry" or "I Love You". I admit, I'm a romantic at heart. But tryin' to show someone they're appreciated ain't always easy-peasy. My Ma would always tell me, "there is only one thing that money can't buy, it's effort". I tell ya, writin' is an effort! *wink*
For those who love writin', notebooks are handy. But in this current digital era, iPads and smartphones reign as kings and makes print and paper products a dyin' breed. However, American notebook brand Field Notes came up with an awesome advertisement that may help this dyin' breed...
A wonderfully crafted short film called "Red Blooded" for Valentine's Day. Red Blooded is the latest addition to Field Notes' notebook product line. The video shows how Bryan, a fellow staff of Field Notes, used one to compose a love letter to his wife of 14 years. True story! Check out the video below on how the notebook turns into a romantic interactive pop-up book styled love letter.
That folks, is marketin' done right with a creative approach. The brand name is clear and in the midst of it. Beautifully executed and engaging at the same time, made me forget that it's an ad.
The promotional video is fantastic and impressive 'cause it's one sweet testament to the idea about love.
Great idea to catch that special someone's attention too, eh?
*tips the hat*
